2014
One of this year’s highlights was the development of the technical maintenance and metrological support services, a consequence of our victory in the tender of OAO «LUKOIL». Today, «SNEMA-SERVICE» maintains all the process facilities of OOO «LUKOIL-Komi» and Varandey Oil Export Terminal. It is also worth mentioning another strategic partner - OOO «Bashneft-Polus». Since 2013, the company has been maintaining automation systems, security and fire alarm systems, and fire-fighting automation; providing metrological support of measuring equipment; maintaining the system for measuring oil quantity and quality parameters and chemical lab on Trebs and Titov oil fields. As a follow-up to the story about the technical maintenance, we may add that the company completed tremendous work on all the levels of management. More than 300 people were employed within one month in the «Maintenance and automation equipment department». In a matter of months, employers organized and put the operation on the right track. Currently, there are more than 500 professionals in the maintenance department.

С From May to December 2014, the Company successfully commissioned facilities at OOO «LUKOIL-PNGP» and OOO «LUKOIL-PNOS».
New experience!
Primary field data and experience lay the foundation ground for a new automation concept of exploration and production facilities of OAO «Gazprom Neft». A creative team was built up with a new innovative approach. This approach gives an idea about the general concept of construction and further development of the complex automated system of all the Customer’s facilities in the near future. At the moment, our experts are busy preparing a concept for OAO «Gazprom Neft», but other companies have already shown interest in this work as well.

A lot has been done during the year, each branch and each department contributed to the development of the company. Neftekamsk branch is a worthy representative of «SNEMA-SERVICE» in Astrakhan: it showed its best on the oil preparation and gathering platform in Varandey village. Oktyabrsky branch successfully fulfilled the task set by the Customer, with the result that secured them extra work scope for the year 2015 at OOO «KNPZ»; Catalytic Cracking Complex-2 project was completed for OOO «LUKOIL-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez»; Ufa branch is actively involved in «the Development of Trebs and Titov oil fields». Independent power complex commissioned on Kapitonovskoye field (Customer: OOO Gazprom Neft Orenburg). In 2014, the plants of OOO «Tobolsk-Polymer» and OOO «Tobolsk-Neftekhim» were put into operation with the help of SNEMA-SERVICE. Commissioning operations completed at OOO «POLIEF» and OAO «Sibur-Neftekhim». The projects of Vankor field and Sibur plants are going on.
In the current year, the Company took part in a number of major Russian and international exhibitions.
«SNEMA-SERVICE» took part in the 22nd international specialized exhibition «Gas. Oil. Technologies-2014», which took place in Ufa at VDNH-EXPO on April 22-25, 2014. During the exhibition, our booth was visited by the representatives of Russia’s largest companies. The company also participated in the 17th Abu Dhabi Petroleum Exhibition & Conference (United Arab Emirates) on November 10-13, 2014. Participation in the exhibitions provided «SNEMA-SERVICE» with opportunities for the exchange of experience and innovations, establishment of mutually beneficial contacts, and reinforcement of partnerships.
In June 2014, corporate training was conducted at the Head Office in Ufa on «Project Management Practices and Rules. PMBOK® Guide Standard - Fifth Edition». Guest trainer from the «Business Education Center for Project Management» (Saint-Petersburg) held a training session for the top management of our company.
