YOUNG SPECIALISTS FORUM 2024

On July 19, 2024, the Forum of Young “SNEMA-SERVIS” LLC Specialists was held at the Hilton Hotel. The event was attended by more than 50 employees that are under 35 years of age and make up a part of the company's personnel reserve. The forum was opened by General Director Amir Ramilevich Isangulov and Head of Human Resources Liliya Albertovna Bagautdinova.

The main objectives of the forum were to promote motivation for the achievement of high performance and to identify candidates for the formation of SNEMA-SERVIS LLC’s personnel reserve.

A team building exercise in form of a QUIZ was organized for the forum participants and aimed at unifying the team and identifying potential leaders that would be ready to take over leadership in a stressful situation.

The forum participants expressed their gratitude to the company's management and noted the high level of preparation behind the event, which in turn allowed them to strengthen their relations with colleagues and improve cooperation in the interacting departments.
